Fitness & Health Data: To provide tracking features, the app processes data such as step counts, distance traveled, and calories burned. This may include your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, and the time and date of your use. 2. Permissions We May Ask To provide full functionality, FitSmart may request the following permissions: Physical Activity: To track your steps and movement accurately. Data Safety & Security We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable. We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third party. Most data is stored locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy. 4. Third-Party Service Providers The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. FitSmart does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. 6. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. 7.
